These kids are always so well-mannered and driven, they are going to go so far. How do you think they’re able to do it?

 

Behind their tinted lenses, all they fear is disappointment. No punishment is worse than the disappointment of their role models, supporters and loved ones. 

 

The veil of pressure is intense, almost like the weight of a thousand boulders on their shoulders.

 

Don’t put more pressure on them, be the hand that supports and guides them, to the point they have to see it.
